Try a Tri?

Even though i picked up doing fitness classes i still like to run.  I have also tried to fit in riding my bike and swimming because i want to train for a triathlon.  My uncle is really into this stuff and i went to see him complete in a iron man last summer and thought it was awesome and inspiring.  By the end of summer i hope to compete in a triathlon.  It's going to take a lot of hard work and determination his summer but i think i can do it! i am excited to prove myself!!!

                                                      

Fight Club

Because i changed my schedule and am now doing more fitness classes i have found a new passion.  Kickboxing has to be the best way to get a good exercise.  It is stress relieving and makes your mind be at peace.  The class really teaches you how to fight and protect yourself if you would ever need too. It also makes you forget about everything else because you are so focused on your punches and form.  I have the best intructor and she has really motivated me to work hard at it.  I really hope this summer to try to get certified so i can become an instuctor.  I really wish i could become a fighter also...i know it would be a lot of work and don't know if would ever happen but would be a dream from true if it did. 
                                                              

Change of Plans...

I decided that i was sick of always just running for my workouts.  So i recently got a membership to the YMCA so i can take fitness classes, use the pool and weight  room if i want.  I changed my schedule to fitness classes daily every week....

Monday- Sculpt and run

Tuesday- Step and bike

Wednesday- Sculpt and Kickboxing

Thursday- Swimming and Zumba

Friday- Run and Bike

Saturday- Bike/swim/run

Sunday- Rest day

This schedule has really motivated me and i cant workout almost every day!  Exercising as become apart of my life and is changing me for the better.
