Hey I am Sam!

During my ease into 5k I am going to run every week to work up to being able to run a whole 5k! 

To help me along the journey i am going to use the app "Ease into a 5k" on my phone when i run to guide me though.  The app tells me what i should be doing during my run and will gradually get harder. 

I plan to run three times a week for how ever long it takes to finish the cycle on the app.

  1. I love this idea (especially because I've used the app!). It's the only thing that made it even possible for me to pretend to be a runner. Give us some updates on how it's going -- what have you learned, what challenges have you faced?
